My name is Allison and I used to have a lot of back alignment issues.
I used to have to go to the chiropractor every two weeks to be re-aligned so I could stand up somewhat straight. Ever since I found yoga, my own chiropractor prescribed me to continue my practice! Sure enough it did the trick and now I have great posture and I want to pay it forward! With my knowledge of the body and mind from my yoga teacher course, I want to support other people recovering from injuries and teach people to continue their practice and see the results in which yoga can give. Its such a beautiful practice and has so many benefits. So lets grab a mat and get started! :) Xx -Allison Marie
