Allison began practicing yoga in the late s Since she has practiced and studied first Anusara and then Alignment-Based Hatha yoga Allison completed both her & -hour Teacher Trainings with Sue Elkind & Naime Jezzeny of DIG Yoga and a -hour Immersion program with Carmel Calgano She is also an Integrated Yoga Tune Up Teacher and has completed self-massage training with the Yoga Tune Up Myo-Fascial Release Balls In addition to the teachers above she has also studied and trained with Martin Kirk Noah Maze Jenny Otto Jillian Pransky Desiree Rumbaugh Christina Sell and Tom Myers Allisons goal is to empower students to have a better understanding and awareness of their own bodies and selves - inviting them to feel good and enjoy their lives to the fullest She strives to balance information and fun in her classes -- inviting people to both learn and play.
