About

Allison's fun, rejuvenating classes invite students to connect more deeply with their own spirituality and to bring consciousness to every aspect of their lives.

Her life radically changed when she stumbled into her first yoga class while studying Sacred Space in India in 2007, and has inspired her to impart this power of self-transformation with others.  She frequently incorporates yogic philosophy, meditation, mantra and pranayama practices into her classes.   She completed both her 200 and 300 Hour YTTs with Kim Manfredi at Charm City Yoga, where she also took a Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training under Heather Hamlin Brown.  In 2016, she took an additional 200 Hour YTT at YogaWorks in Santa Monica, CA under Patty Quintero and Vytas Baskauskas.  She has also taken several Chakra Yoga TTs with Anodea Judith.  She has continued her studies with Seane Corn, Dharma Mittra, Ana Forest, Cyndi Lee, Sharon Gannon, David Life, Leslie Kaminoff, Alanna Kaivalya and Rod Stryker.      She is honored to serve as the Regional Manager of MD, DC & VA YogaWorks studios.  She believes that generous doses of live music, nature and yoga are key to healthy, joyful living.
