My practice has evolved over my years of study and teaching, but I continue to blend traditional wisdom with modern accessibility. I aim to deliver transformative classes, workshops, and teacher trainings that emphasize alignment, mindfulness, and self-inquiry. I work to guide my students and trainees toward their personal gifts, wisdom, and talents that they can take into the world and be agents of meaningful and loving change within their communities using the principles of Yoga as their guide. As a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider, I am passionate about mentoring teachers and supporting lifelong learning within the yoga community.
