Allisson Butler-Kublanov, E-RYT- 200, has been practicing and falling in love with yoga for over 15 years.
Her particular fondness for Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga led her to seek training at Saraswati's Yoga Joint in Norwalk, CT with Mitchel Bleier and Kaia Yoga Studio in Westport, CT with Jillian Pransky. Allisson's classes combine an intense vinyasa flow with light humor and a strong focus on the breath and alignment. Her restorative classes she describes as 'a yoga massage' allowing you to melt into the mat and fully relax the mind, body and soul. In 2009, she began writing down the words that seemed to flow endlessly through her head - creating Bee Well Yoga. Whatever the topic, it's about what resonates! Write down your journey.
