Ally Perleoni

Though she has been a practitioner since 2015, Ally’s love and appreciation for yoga accelerated during the pandemic, and under the guidance of Mimi Rieger, she decided to take the plunge into teaching. Ally believes that yoga is truly for everyone, and strives through her teaching to ensure that every student - from beginners to the most advanced - are able to explore their practice and enjoy the experience. With an emphasis on strong transitions, alignment, and the space between shapes - Ally encourages students to thoughtfully pursue a strong, but enjoyable practice. When she isn’t on the mat, Ally is a full-time health care advocacy professional. She also enjoys cooking, travel, running, and skiing. She lives in Washington, DC with her husband, Luke, and their dog, Winnie.
