Yoga Journey: In 2017, I embarked on my yoga journey, expecting it to be a breeze due to my regular gym routine. However, my first session at LA Fitness with a beloved instructor humbled me deeply. I realized that yoga isn't just about perfect poses; it's a journey of self-discovery and mindfulness. Teacher Certification: During the 2021 pandemic, I decided to deepen my practice by enrolling in an Online Yoga School offered by Yoga & Ayurveda Center. After five months of dedicated study and daily practice, I earned my RYT 200 certification. Nine months later, I became certified as an Ayurveda Specialist. As a yoga teacher, I specialize in Power yoga, emphasizing strength, flexibility, and mobility, while also teaching gentle and vinyasa yoga. Off the Mat: Outside of yoga and the gym, I cherish spending time with loved ones, volunteering in my community, and experimenting in the kitchen.
