Alysha Rose Braithwaite

She focuses on personal empowerment in her classes, doing her best to help her students have more confidence in their connection to their own bodies and breath. She is fascinated by people, culture, nature -- all that makes up life and our human experience of it. She has a bachelor's degree from The University of Utah in Philosophy and a minor in Creative Writing. Alysha is married to her best friend and a mother of 3 incredible kids. She loves volunteering in her community and is on the board of Salt Lake Oasis, a group focused on creating secular community in Utah. She also organizes a book club, enjoys long-distance running, traveling and playing with her dog Lulu.
