My name is Alysia, and I’ve been practicing yoga since 2011 and teaching since 2012, beginning with a teaching fellowship at my home studio.
I completed my Yoga Alliance Hatha 200-hour training there and later earned my RYT 500 with an Iyengar-based certification from Sunrise Yoga in Clemmons, NC. Most recently, I taught at Asheville Community Yoga before moving back to the Raleigh area to be closer to family. By day, I work as a recruiter at Robert Half, and I’m currently looking for a new home studio in Raleigh.
