I enjoy studying the philosophies of yoga and incorporating them in my daily life. I've taken workshops in yoga for kids. I have researched and taught many styles of yoga classes including: vinyasa flow, sport yoga, chair, yin and ashtanga. I have taught for a variety of clientele including: preschool students, elementary students, middle school student, high school athletes, bridal parties and senior citizens. My focus is on improving general health and well-being and avoiding injury to those with health conditions. I am excited to share and explore the journey of yoga with others.
