Alyssa Weiskopf has been practicing yoga for 10 years.
Originally practicing to help with anxiety and depression, she quickly fell in love with all of the other benefits it brought. She moved to Tallahassee in 2020, and found a second family at Califlo Yoga Collective, completing her RYT 200 hour certification from Califlo Yoga in April! Passionate about combining her love of yoga and activism, you can find Alyssa teaching yoga classes in partnership with animal sanctuaries and other nonprofits in the area. She is also currently pursuing a masters in Business Administration at Florida State University.
