About
Amanda Artz-Zerbini is a passionate wellness professional with over two decades of experience in therapeutic recreation, yoga, fitness, and holistic health.
She began her journey as a Massage Therapist before earning her B.S. in Recreation Therapy from CSU, Chico, and went on to serve diverse populations in both clinical and community settings. Since 2005, Amanda has taught yoga, functional movement, and mobility techniques in settings ranging from local YMCAs to high-end wellness resorts like Cal-a-Vie Health Spa. Amanda holds 200-hour certifications in both Hatha and Kundalini Yoga, and trained in Yoga Tune Up® and The Roll Model® Method. She empowers clients to release tension, improve mobility, and down-regulate their nervous systems using targeted self-massage, corrective exercise, and breath-centered practices. Amanda brings a playful and heart-centered approach to teaching, always happy to share her passion for holistic living—and maybe even a hula hoop trick or two.
