Amanda completed her first yoga teacher training in 2021 and started her teaching journey right away.
First and foremost, Amanda is a student of yoga. Since that initial training, she has collected close to 1,000 hours of yoga related education. She is especially interested in anatomy and alignment, breathwork, and seasonal and elemental influences from both the TCM and Ayurvedic perspectives. She loves a hot power vinyasa flow just as much as a cozy restorative. Her favourite type of yogi to teach is a curious one. Amanda is a fitness enthusiast, and when she's not teaching, or on her own yoga mat, she can be found on her bike, hiking, or strength training. Amanda is passionate about making yoga accessible for every body and facilitating self-discovery in the asana practice. She believes that everyone deserves to know how strong they are.
