Amanda is originally from South Florida but has enjoyed living in Carolina Beach and Central America Costa Rica for the past + years She experienced her first of many Yoga classes at UCF when she registered for the class as an elective her final semester Immediately falling in love with the feeling of strength heat and flexibility that came along with Yoga practice    Over the next years Amanda had the opportunity to practice along with some of the most experienced yogis while living abroad The urge to continue to grow in her personal Yoga practice as well as assist others in igniting their practice led her to become a RYT Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance     Amandas love of warm weather fresh air and an incredible workout is why she chose to focus on Vinyasa Power Yoga Baptiste Baptiste Yoga is a challenging and energizing flow Feel the Transformation :.
