Rooted in Central Minnesota I guide outdoor yoga experiences that invite you to slow down find your breath and reconnect with the natural world around you Movement has always been my grounding force I grew up finding rhythm and release through gymnastics which laid the foundation for my love of mindful movement Though the sport left its mark physically it gifted me a lasting appreciation for stretching flow and stillness—both in the body and mind I discovered yoga nearly a decade ago initially drawn to the shapes and structure Over time the breathwork and deeper sense of awareness pulled me in My practice transformed from a workout into a way of being—a place to reset reflect and return to center Now certified through Yoga Renew -Hour YTT and continuing studies in Yin and Childrens Yoga my focus is on crafting accessible breath-led outdoor yoga sessions in the heart of Minnesota Whether in a quiet park near the water or on a shaded trail my classes are designed to help you: -Slow down -Find your breath cadence -Ground yourself—physically mentally and emotionally From group classes to private gatherings and specialty experiences each session is infused with intention nature and a reminder that healing often begins with stillness and it only starts with minutes Lets step outside breathe deep and flow with purpose.
