I am a former dancer who has hung up her dancing shoes for a yoga mat  I love all forms of yoga that challenge me including vinyasa aerial acro and SUP In addition to traditional vinyasa classes I also teach SUP Yoga on the water near my home at the Jersey Shore  This past February I completed my -hr teacher training with Sri Dharma Mittra in NYC- an incredible experience Id recommend anyone to check out to deepen their understanding of yoga beyond the asana practice!  I am honored to bring the teachings of Sri Dharma Mittra to the Jersey Shore  When I am not hanging upside down on my mat I am a Registered Dietitian with my own nutrition counseling practice in NJ specializing in behavior change for weight management and MNT  I do corporate wellness for businesses of all sizes including on-site counseling Lunch & Learns weight loss programs and on-site yoga and fitness  I am also the creator and writer of the couples nutrition blog Nutrition Nuptials  For more information or to work with me for either nutrition or yoga Contact ME.
