I started reconnecting with my practice during the pandemic and had a spiritual calling for more insight. With a German Heritage and a Virgo heart I strive to teach classes that are well thought out and structured to take your practice to the next level. Don’t worry though, I’ve also been known to break out crystals, a singing bowl, and gaze into the moonlight. Along with my passion for discovering the energetic body I have also obtained my Reiki level 1&2 certification. Be prepared to expect the unexpected as we journey together through movement and the path of finding your true Dharma.
