Amanda is currently registered with Yoga Alliance as a E-RYT and YACEP and is pursuing her -hour RYT with TIffany Cruikshank She completed her -hour vinyasa flow yoga teacher training with Tymi Howard at Guruv Yoga in where she officially started her teaching career Amanda has also taught at wellness centers and in the private sphere in both small group and individual settings Having worked in multiple high-stress industries Amanda knows firsthand how yoga breath work meditation and mindful eating can ease the affects of lifes demands She runs a fully-remote company and enjoys helping executives  manage their businesses but finds the most joy in supporting them holistically She is a passionate advocate for corporate and workplace wellness veterans support and specializes in trauma-informed teaching Amanda is the proud and continually humbled mother of two young boys whom she enjoys raising in the Florida sunshine When shes not working remotely from a fun local spot she can be found at the golf course at the beach or hunting for used bookstores.
