When Amanda OKeefe RYT embarked on her yoga journey twelve years ago she quickly discovered yogas benefits to extend beyond the physical – finding healing compassion and creativity through mind-body-breath connection Amandas classes offer creative sequences and fresh perspectives on traditional asana She incorporates anatomical and philosophical insights empowering her students to cultivate stronger awareness and embodiment both on and off the mat Her goal is to offer inclusive cues that empower yogis to modify their practice in a way that honors their unique bodies and helps individuals play their own edge Amanda is certified by Movement Wisdom Yoga School in the styles of Hatha Vinyasa Yin and Restorative and is honored for the opportunity to weave in wisdoms from her teachers who continue to inspire her journey Beyond her yoga practice Amanda is a transdisciplinary designer and educator Driven by her desire to inspire regenerate and transform she applies creative strategy to various domains including space design product development graphics and sound.
