Ive been practicing yoga for many years and completed my -hour training in I appreciate many traditions of yoga and believe theres a place for all of them in our lives As one may suit you and your body better at certain times I started my practice with Kripalu and teach Vinyasa with a Kripalu spin Ive tried Bikram Restorative Yin Ashtanga Jivamukti Hatha and Kali Natha All of which I have found useful tips and tricks from I believe the more I practice and expand my personal knowledge the better I can assist my students I have completed two continuing education courses with Jason Crandell The Art of Teaching Beginners and Mastering the Art of Vinyasa Yoga Sequencing Most recently I have completed my certification with Jason Crandell Making me an RYS teacher I hope to inspire new students to make yoga a part of their daily life.
