I love to offer gentle and accessible yoga sessions so everyone may experience the benefits of this holistic health practice My intention is to facilitate connective healing through supportive experiences … elevating modern well-being by uniting mind body breath and spirit Discovering a passion for yoga through my own healing journey I have an intimate understanding of how the effects of our daily lives can accumulate and manifest within our bodies I also have extensive experience with trauma-informed care I currently offer weekly semi-private yoga sessions at my studio space located inside Amber Meadows Chiropractic As a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance I am professionally trained in Hatha-Based Yoga Flow Yin Yoga Trauma-Sensitive Restorative Yoga and Advanced Trauma-Informed Yoga I also integrate sound therapy and hold a minor in music performance from Hood College in Frederick MD Im currently training to offer Yoga Nidra / NSDR therapy and expand to online practices I would love to connect with fellow teachers and share experiences!.
