A life long student of yoga, Amani completed her first teacher training in 2002 under the direction of Stephanie Keach, at the Asheville Yoga Center.
In 2009 she completed a Prenatal Certification, and her passion for empowering women led her to create her very own certification. Her desire to learn more about yoga in all it's facets led her to complete her 500 RYT hours at the Asheville Yoga Center, specializing in the Classics Track. As her love for yoga continues to grow, she is currently working towards an Ayurveda training, which she will complete in 2015. Specializing in Hot Flow, Yin, Prenatal, and meditation, Amani has the unique ability to ignite, inspire, and uplift her students while maintaining the core teachings of the 8 Limbed path of yoga. Her classes are both challenging and light-hearted, holding space for students to breathe, move, and evolve.
