The founder of Executive Hippie Life, Amber, is an accomplished executive with more than 25 years of business experience, excelling in corporate, agency, and consulting environments.
She also has more than 40 years of experience as a high-functioning hippie. In addition to serving as Chief Executive Hippie, Amber is a senior marketing executive for a $2.1B private consulting company with 1,400 clients in 40 cities. Her previous roles include Chief of Staff; Director of Marketing, Operations, and Community Engagement; Principal Consultant; and Senior Manager for a global pharmaceutical company. She also has 10 years of prior creative agency experience. Amber approaches life as a professional free spirit, a compassionate non-conformist, and a successful leader with an open mind and heart. She is a writer, leadership coach, and yoga instructor who talks to plants, aligns Chakras, collects malas, and is a passionate world traveler and practitioner of Ayurveda, Reiki, Kundalini, and meditation. Growing up vegetarian when it wasn’t trendy, Amber lived in a commune, a school bus, and a tipi as a child, and she has been a healthy, non-judgy vegan for 10 years. Amber founded Executive Hippie Life for busy professionals seeking greater meaning and joy in their lives. Amber views herself as a “life consultant,” providing practical tools and holistic wellness approaches to help you live your purpose and find everyday happiness.
