I teach yoga online, and in person, and also lead women's personal wellness retreats and circles. I'm a published co-auther in the book Mindset Mastery and am an Akashic Records practitioner. I am always looking for ways to help my clients feel good in their bodies, minds, and souls and encourage them to grow their inner wisdom to heal and flourish on and off their mats. Teaching Slow Flow and Restorative is my jam! I enjoy guiding my students to a place where they can safely explore sensations, thoughts, and movements that help them to become more mindfully aware of their place in space so they can take that awareness off their mats too!
