Amber Levine is a Registered Yoga Teacher RYT with Yoga Alliance which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School RYS  Before getting certified in teaching yoga she taught pre and post natal physical fitness with Fitmom for nine years She has a passion for motherhood and a powerful appreciation for all it does to a womans body mind and soul Shes taught women at all levels of motherhood from pregnancy through thirty years postpartum but she also taught all manner of clientele in a cardio/core minute program with a Physical Therapy company Fitness Without Walls Turning to yoga was at first a challenge to herself to get more into the practice than just "stretching" and the journey turned out to be a spiritual awakening Now all she wants to do it bring that same mind body spirit connection to everyone and anyone willing to roll out a mat and start breathing.
