Amber has practiced and studied yoga since After developing a personal practice over the course of + years her practice truly began to develop after moving to Arizona in Over the years she learned from many inspirational yoga teachers attended various yoga festivals and began to learn what her passions within her practice truly were  After years of deepening her own practice Amber decided to take her passion into the classroom and began the journey of becoming a teacher to others Amber first completed her first Aerial YTT program in and after the opportunity to open her own studio presented Amber decided to take the full step to completing her hr YTT in prior to co-establishing Elevate Yoga + Wellness Amber is now an RYT- and YACEP through Yoga Alliance In addition she has continued to deepen her knowledge as a teacher and was able to hone in on her passion for both aerial yoga and restorative yoga after furthering her education through a variety of continuing education trainings She holds certifications in Hatha Yoga Aerial Yoga Aerial Restorative Yin Yoga and Trauma Sensitive Restorative Yoga and has completed additional training in Sequencing Trauma Informed Yoga and Restorative Yoga She offers a range of class styles and has co-designed and offers yoga workshops trainings and mentorship programs Amber is known for her calming practice ability to take the time to connect with her students and is able to understand each persons individual needs by providing the best experience based on the individual She has a keen attention to ensuring each student feels comfortable confident and supported in their practice and always helps each individual feel welcome.
