Amber Wilson

Her practice started largely to bring more balance to her crazy lifestyle... running a high-volume nightclub in Ybor City. After 15 years of insanity, her yoga has taken her on an amazing spiritual journey and given her a great sense of tranquility & balance. An incredible series of synchronistic events led her to yoga teacher training with Ashely Theiser at Yoga Loft in Ybor City. "It was like my soul found its home." Yoga gave her the tools to slow down, consciously connect and release the stressors of her life... Without losing her edge. Now she wants everyone to experience that same profound feeling. As co-owner of Rootstock Ayurveda and Yoga, Amber brings to her classes the awareness that every person has that need to balance their lives and find their own inner serenity, and it's her goal to help them do so. She hopes to provide love, compassion, guidance and perhaps a nice nudge to others who are coming out of the consciousness closet.
