She is currently pursuing her 500-EYRT with Tiffany Curikshank and the YM teachers. Ambika Selvan is a "movement facilitator" and incorporates her knowledge and experience as a certified yoga teacher, physical therapist assistant, myofascial release bodyworker, and former professional dancer to help people move in their most optimal way.
