There are many times that life can be hard to navigate but yoga has taught me to listen to my body use my breath as a guide and calmness and strength will arise amidst uncertainty I have been practicing yoga since and have been teaching yoga and other fitness formats for seven years  I love to teach Vinyasa Yoga Yin Yoga Meditation and TRX I focus on creating yoga flow classes that will allow a release from set expectations for the practice and promote acceptance and gratitude for the authentic way the body is moving in the moment! In Yin Yoga I invite participants to luxuriate in how their bodies can hold the poses to get to their personal edge  It is a deeply meditative practice as I encourage being curious and scanning the body without a harsh inner critic  In meditation I invite participants to notice exactly what is happening as they connect to their breath I encourage employing their senses to notice what is rising up and to be still and observant  The use of gratitude even when we feel a struggle or resistance is key.
