I became drawn to yoga in 2010 shortly after becoming a mother, which made me seek a deeper connection to my mind and body.
It quickly became a haven for me, a connection, and a community. Over the past 14 years, I’ve practiced Vinyasa, Calm, Yin, Power, Restorative, and Aerial Yoga, before completing my certification in 2024. I’m excited to help others find their mind-body connection—the way I strive to with every practice. “We do not use the body to get into a pose; we use the pose to get into the body.” This is the message I aim to share with students.
