About

Ammy Creamer is a yoga teacher and forever student.

Her yogic journey, love of travel, and deep connection to nature, in particular the ocean, has led her to relocate to a small coastal town in El Salvador where she runs The Yoga Collective, co-leads virtual yoga teacher trainings and lives life to the fullest. Teaching asana and breaking down the postures in detail is her jam! Her approach is comprehensive and accessible to all. Ammy's yogic path began over 15 years ago while she was exploring holistic ways to manage the stress of city living. She began attending asana classes regularly and immediately became enamored with the practice. She noticed that as her body got stronger so did her mind and spirit. This inspired her to delve deeper into yogic philosophy and eventually to adopt yoga as a lifestyle rather than just something she did at the studio for an hour a day. Ultimately, her intention is to empower and inspire her students to gain deeper insight into their true nature, to recognize and honor their limitation, and to truly love themselves. Ammy's approach to the practice is exactly that; that it is a yoga practice not a yoga perfect. This approach encourages her students to see themselves through a loving and nonjudgmental lens; what could be perceived as an error, flaw or limitation is simply an invitation for growth and evolution. It is such a blessing to be able to guide others to others in this beautiful journey of self-discovery; connecting body, mind and spirit.
