In 2011, Amy founded The Little Yoga Studio, a highly successful yoga studio in Boulder which she operated from 2011 until 2016 when she sold her studio to a local teacher to complete her PHD in clinical psychology.. Amy is a registered psychotherapist in the state of Colorado. Amy has a private psychotherapy practice specializing in helping those living with anxiety and depression, those experiencing difficult transitions personally and professionally as well as those living with chronic illness. Amy is also a Medicare certified, formally trained and highly skilled end-of-life hospice care specialist providing the dying with anxiety & pain management, end of life counseling and bereavement support to the dying and their families. Amy is one of 300 globally certified C-IAYT Yoga Therpistss. Amy skillfully blends modern mindfulness based psychotherapy and yoga ther apy to support her clients emotional, psychological and physical resilience, balance and strength.
