About
With over a decade of teaching experience, Amy Farahay, eRYT, has dedicated her life to the study, practice, and sharing of yoga.
Her teaching journey began in Power Yoga, where she spent many years both practicing and teaching. After the loss of her younger sister, her path deepened as she turned to Ashtanga yoga for healing and connection. That experience reshaped her understanding of yoga—not as exercise, but as a lifelong practice of integration between body, mind, and spirit.Today, Amy travels across the country leading Yoga Teacher Trainings for studios that want to elevate their programs and empower their communities. Her approach is grounded, authentic, and focused on helping teachers find their voice.Amy believes yoga is a bridge between intellect and embodiment—a practice that helps us live in truth, move with awareness, and teach from integrity. Her trainings reflect how she lives her life: rooted in authenticity, compassion, and curiosity.InspireTM Yoga Teacher TrainingInspireTM offers both 200-hour and 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training programs designed to deepen practice, build confidence, and redefine yoga as a lifestyle, a science, and a creative art. As someone who suffers from anxiety, I always appreciated her grounded and welcoming energy. She creates a safe space that invites growth, courage, and self-discovery. I wouldn’t be the teacher or person I am today without her guidance.”— Chelsea Bragg, eRYT“Amy’s training was both challenging and deeply supportive. She teaches with care and intention, but she also pushes you to go deeper—to sit in the uncomfortable and grow from it. I trust her completely, and I’ll never stop learning from her.”— Amy Cooper, eRYT“Amy has been a driving force behind my yoga journey since my earliest days on the mat. Her guidance helped me find clarity in my teaching and confidence in my voice. The foundations she taught me continue to shape my career and the way I show up for my students every day.”— Colleen Gallic, eRYT
