About

Certified Yoga Instructor As a passionate yoga teacher with a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) certification, I am dedicated to sharing the transformative power of yoga with individuals of all ages.

My journey into the world of yoga began as a personal practice, where I discovered the profound benefits of mindfulness, flexibility, and inner peace. This inspiring experience motivated me to deepen my knowledge and skills, leading to my certification. In addition to my YTT, I hold a Pretzel Kids certification, specializing in children's yoga. This unique training allows me to create engaging and fun classes tailored for children, helping them develop physical awareness, emotional resilience, and a love for movement. I believe that introducing yoga at an early age can foster confidence and mindfulness that lasts a lifetime. With a background in early childhood education, I bring a holistic approach to my teaching. My experience in the educational field enriches my classes, enabling me to connect with students on a deeper level and create a nurturing environment where they can thrive. I am committed to making yoga accessible and enjoyable for everyone, encouraging my students to explore their own unique journeys. Whether through playful children's classes or mindful sessions for adults, my goal is to inspire others to embrace yoga as a means of self-discovery and well-being. I look forward to sharing this beautiful practice with you and guiding you on your path to inner harmony.
