Amy Langston, RYT-500, is a Registered Yoga Teacher who completed her 200- and 300-hour trainings at Blue Yoga Nyla under the guidance of Stacey Reynolds.
She teaches accessible, alignment-informed classes that support presence, clarity, and sustainable movement for everyday life.Amy brings a background in psychology, leadership development, and wellness education to her teaching. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Computer Information Systems from the University of Arkansas–Monticello, and a Certificate in Introduction to Natural Health and Healing through the University of Arkansas. Her classes emphasize breath, awareness, and functional movement to support balance on and off the mat.Amy is deeply committed to service (seva) and community-based yoga. She leads a team of volunteer instructors who rotate to support a high school Life Fitness and Nutrition course, ensuring consistent access to yoga for students. She has also taught community classes including independent living programs and university sorority yoga. Her teaching style is grounded, inclusive, and rooted in yoga as a lifelong practice of learning, connection, and care.
