I am 500RYT, 200ERYT, and Continuing Education Provider with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). Certified in Xen Strength Yoga with Weights. I finished my 300 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher training through South River yoga in St. Louis, MO. I specialize in Hot Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Slow Flow, Yin Yoga, Yoga Sculpt and Children's Yoga.
