If you are fortunate enough to find something in this life that speaks directly to your soul you are a lucky person Or maybe its not luck maybe its your path your purpose For me it is yoga thats what I found that speaks directly to my soul Through yoga I can see a vision that was once hazy its amazing how your perception of life can change when you make the choice to embrace and confront the fear and vulnerability that you carry around with you This is what yoga is teaching me I slowly realized and continue to realize that through consistent practice there are opportunities to be vulnerable and to find that opportunity for growth within you This is the path that led me to become a Certified Yoga Teacher My hope is to share what I have learned with others and that others will open themselves up to experience yoga and all the benefits the practice has to offer.
