Amy Pescaglia is a Registered Yoga Teacher RYT with Yoga Alliance which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School RYS She is designated E-RY and YACEP Amy started teaching yoga with training from Yoga Fit She enjoyed teaching a safe strong yet accessible class for years After years teaching within that scope she has found the love of Alignment Amy traveled to Colorado regularly to study under the amazing Christina Sell for her RYT and continues to practice locally and is inspired by a hatha style influenced in the Anusara traditions as well as traditional Iyengar Amys current area of interest and growth is how yoga can be used as part of a holistic tool for wellness and is working towards a hour certification in YogaMedicine Amys main approach is to give students the tools to learn grow and challenge Yoga is a wonderful tool to inner relationships and overall health of the mind body and soul Amy teaches large group small group corporate and private classes in the Columbia Missouri area and customizes the practice to the students.
