Yoga came to mean so much more than just the physical. It allowed Amy to truly connect to herself in mind, body, and heart.With Amy, the vibes are always immaculate with her mindful, calm, and gentle persona. Her classes emphasize a mindful self-exploration for students to deepen their connection to their own body, mind, and heart. She encourages students to build their own practice and awareness.Amy has completed her 200HR training with Fluid Yoga School and has continued her studies in HEALing , SPA , and Yin yoga. She is currently working on her 300HR Training with Fluid Yoga. When she isn’t on the mat, she enjoys reading, hiking, traveling, and spending time with her partner, family, friends, dog, and cat.
