Yoga found me In I found out that I had stage one breast cancer At my cancer center yoga was offered to all cancer patients and their care givers It was the only place that I felt safe I was able to relax and use the tools I learned during my practice to calm my anxiety The more I practiced the better I felt I loved what it did for my mind- and at the same time I got stronger and more flexible I knew that I needed to share this with other people going through something tough I began teaching in and became RYT certified in February I have taught more than hours and have earned by RYTE YACEP provider Yin Yoga Certified Restorative Yoga Certified Yoga Nidra Certified and Breast Cancer Yoga Certified I am so happy to share my love of yoga.
