Amy Tenney is a RYT500, RYT100 Rocket Yoga, and Power Yoga for Sports 120 hour certified yoga instructor. In addition to yoga she is a certified meditation instructor. She owns Thrive Yoga Studio in Arizona. She loves teaching hot yoga, vinyasa, rocket and restorative yoga. Amy has an online guided breath work course teaching you and guiding you to harness the power of your breath to support nervous system regulation, mental health, digestion, sleep and so much more. She works with athletes and teams to create sport specific sequences to balance body and mind. She loves connecting with people through yoga and sharing light. She has a podcast (Amy Tenney Yoga + Meditation) with audio yoga, breathwork and meditation classes as well as a YouTube Channel. When she’s not doing yoga, Amy loves getting messy in the kitchen creating new recipes, exploring, hiking and anything on water.
