I began my yoga path when a dear friend took me to my first yoga class.
My favorite part was savasana but soon I began to benefit from the strength building and meditation. I had been sufering from ill health and found myself feeling better week after week. After practicing at studios for two years I decided to take teacher training at The White Lotus Foundation. I completed my 200 hr Certification in 2007 and began teaching friends and family. I completed my 500 hr YTT through Cloud Nine Yoga in 2008 and began teaching at studios soon after. I currently teach at four studios, lead a 200 hr teacher training and workshops in the Orange County area. I am on track to complete a 300 hr Certification in Prana Flow Vinyasa with Shiva Rea. I became 500 E-YRT in January 2015. I teach meditative flow, all levels heath flow, vinyasa and Prana-Flow inspired classes as well as private sessions and corporate accounts. I enjoy sharing live music by singing and playing the guitar for my students while they are in savasana.
