Carol Germano is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS).
Practicing yoga since 2015, she started to teach in 2020 during the pandemic. In July 2021, she completed her 300h YTT. In additional, she has training in Restorative Yoga, Trauma Informed Yoga and Yin Yoga. Carol had worked as Lead Teacher of YogaSix West Universitiy - Houston, TX for 2 years. Teaching at YogaSix West University and YogaSix Heights, she offered several workshops and vinyasa based classes - Power Flow, Slow Flow and Gentle (active stretching) Flow. In 2023, Carol has started working with prenatal community offering Prenatal Yoga classes at the Motherhood Center in Houston, TX. She has the goal to provide a safe and really comfortable space for everyone and every body. Yoga is for all! She loves creating classes to make everyone feel powerful, strong, pretty and having fun!
