Teaching yoga since 2009, she has found the practice to be the ultimate path to a happy and healthy lifestyle. She is a practitioner of living in the present moment, a seeker of synchronicity and believer that beauty is everywhere. Ana is recognized by Yoga Alliance as a Registered Yoga Teacher (200 RYT) and Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher (RPYT). She completed her 200 hour training through YogaFit and her Prenatal, Postnatal and Mom & Baby Yoga training with Hope Zvara.
