I am a E-RYT-200 yoga teacher (200-hrs YTT with Three Sisters Yoga, Brooklyn, NY, 2020).
I teach Vinyasa style yoga, classes for Beginners, and have interest in Restorative yoga, Hatha yoga, and strength training. In my classes I try to incorporate mobility and body weight only endurance exercises into the asana practice to support practitioner’s functional movement. I teach in English and Russian, and have some on demand videos via Ko-fi.
