Andrea offers a Fusion Style class that will challenge your balance, strength and flexibility. Additionally, Andrea offers a Christ-Centered Yoga Faith class which involved conscious breathing and postures while listening to contemporary Christian songs and meditating on scripture. Andrea's signature is an essential oil, neck, scalp and temple massage while students rest in savasana.
