Andrea is originally from Mobile, AL.
She has also lived in Dallas; Wilmington, NC; Sunrise, FL; New Orleans; and in 2012 settled in Knoxville. Here she met and married her husband Greg in 2015. Andrea had a twenty-year career in restaurant management that she left in 2018 with an excitement for whatever might come next. Her love of dance, passion for people, and fascination with the mind-body connection inspired her to get her Holy Yoga Instructor Certification early in 2021. It was through Holy Yoga and Holy Meditation that Andrea began to find her true purpose by engaging with her Creator. This process brought tremendous healing, freedom, and truth both on and off her mat. She hopes to share these tools with all her students. Certifications: RYT, C-HYI 200, YOGALATES, CPR/First Aid
