I was drawn to yoga 17 years ago as an alternative to PE in high school.
Since that first class, yoga has impacted my life in so many ways! As I continued to practice, I found that my anxiety lessened, it helped to quiet my mind and developed my confidence.When you find a gift like that, you want to share it! I enrolled and graduated from Three Trees 200 hour Teacher Training program in 2024, and am grateful to be part of the Three Trees Community. When you leave my class, my intention is to have you feel at peace and be encouraged in your yoga journey! Andrea Smith is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
