I currently teach yin yoga and restorative classes at a local studio, chair yoga classes at a wellness center for seniors, as well as one-on-one sessions.
I believe in accessible yoga and adapting the practice to best meet the needs of each individual I teach. I completed my YTT200 training with Nancy Kaul at KC Yoga Kula, Yin Yoga training with Addie DeHilster at Moved to Meditate, and YTT300 training with Jules Mitchell.
