Andrea Trank

Her own journey to health has taken her through many styles of yoga, healthy eating and use of essential oils. As she approaches 60 she feels better than ever before.  She wants to share her vision of health and her unique style of compassionate, clear, science-based yoga teaching to her students. She has a 200 RYT certificate  from Joyful Yoga in Bonita Springs and has done 72 additional hours of training called Principals of Yoga anatomy  with Leslie Kaminoff. Her desire to stay current in yoga research, in particular in the areas of yoga safety, has led her to take  many additional workshops offered including 10 hr Myofascial Release, The Injury Free Yoga Practice, Yin Yoga, and Yoga for Healthy Back, just to name a few.  Andrea currently teaches regularly at Happehatchee Nature Center, Gateway Country Club, Fyzical, and Chicos Headquarters.
